Guided Ride Outs
We can arrange guided ride outs
to suit you. We've lived here for 20 years and have
built up vast local knowledge. Rides-outs can be a
visit to places of interest in the area or you can
choose just to ride the best roads.
Places of Interest

Rocamadour
is a medieval abbey built into a cliff. It's a
very dramatic setting and lots of other tourism
has built up around it including Eagles' Rock.
It's about a one and a half hour ride by our
route leaving plenty of time to explore.

Oradour
sur Glane is the site of a Nazi massacre. The
burnt out village has been left as it was after
the massacre and a fascinating visitor's centre
with a lot of interesting material from the
time. About an hours' ride.

Montbazillac is a chateau south of Bergerac
which produces a special dessert wine. Guided
tours and wine tasting is available. Again, about
one and a half hours ride by the scenic route.

Canoeing
on the Dordogne river at Roque Gageac - a great
day out for groups.

Millau
Bridge and Gorges du Tarn - normally a 2 day
trip but can be done in a day.
and many
others.
Cost of a
days' guided ride-out including a restaurant lunch
is €70 for riders and €32 for
pillions. Minimum number of bikes is usually three.
